Coming to NYC’s AMC Empire 25 tomorrow, Friday, October 21 (and expanding in November): ELEVATE

Anne Buford’s film focuses on the potential of basketball to change the lives of players in Senegal. The doc premiered at SXSW and went on to screen at notable fests like BAMcinemaFEST and Dallas, where I was on the jury that awarded it the Grand Jury Prize.
