Coming to VOD tomorrow Friday, December 7: THE CENTRAL PARK FIVE
Sarah Burns, David McMahon, and Ken Burns’ dissection of the 1989 NYC rape case and its aftermath premiered at Cannes this year. Its festival stops have included Telluride, Toronto, London, and DOC NYC, among others, and it has been in select theatres since late November. It’s among a handful of strong docs whose absence was noted from the Oscar shortlist announced this Monday.
