Among this year’s ten contenders are three world premieres, representing the latest films from the directors or producers behind such acclaimed past docs as ÉVOCATEUR, KING CORN, and SEARCHING FOR SUGAR MAN.

This year’s selections include fascinating insights into the lives and work of social scientists, waterway workers, astrobiologists, whistleblowers, dissident artists, UN peacekeepers, international attorneys, visionary inventors, a conflicted family, and renegade chemists.
