All of these programs appear to have the same deadlines: November 8 (early, reduced application fee) & December 8 (final postmark), but make sure to check out their site for updates – descriptions and information have been taken from there.
Gucci Tribeca Documentary Fund

The Gucci Tribeca Documentary Fund provides finishing funds to feature-length documentaries which highlight and humanize issues of social importance from around the world. Funded films are driven by thoughtful and indepth storytelling, bolstered by a compelling visual approach. Grants will range between $10,000-$25,000 in 2011.

Tribeca All Access
About:
Tribeca All Access provides established and emerging documentary and narrative filmmakers from traditionally under-represented communities with unprecedented access to industry professionals, giving them the contacts, knowledge and confidence they need to make their films. In addition, TAA includes grants of $10,000, one-on-one meetings with industry, career development workshops, and informational panels. Beginning with TAA 2011, program alumni will also be eligible for $5,000-$10,000 grants for previous TAA projects or for new alumni projects – submissions will be handled separately beginning November 8.
